This years’ glitzy shindig will be held in person offering a sparkling array of heavy hors d’oeurves, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and a dazzling dessert bar and dancing.  Back by popular demand is the 50/50 Raffle where last year’s winner, Dorothy Richards, took home a whopping $4,500.  Once again, Auctioneer Bob Hale will be sure to get the crowd going during the Live Auction with his entertaining antics!  You are invited to wear your fave jeans and best bling!

Tickets are on sale NOW! Buy your Early Bird Tickets and 50/50 Raffle Tickets on Realm (onrelm.org), in the Rotunda on Sundays or take a picture of the QR Code on your smart phone.

How can you help?

The Silent and Live Service Auction is West Shore’s largest annual fundraiser and we need your help again to achieve our goal of raising $45,000 for the church’s General Fund.  Donations by church members, friends and businesses you frequent are the key to making this event a success! Your donation is critical to helping West Shore thrive – our Social Justice Ministries, staffing, programming, services and much of the important work that supports our Seven Principles and our mission to “inspire more people to lead lives of meaning and purpose.”

Host a party, sponsor an event or tour, offer a service, purchase tickets for museums or shows, offer baked goods or lessons, host a dinner party in your home or out on the town – the possibilities are endless. Take-away donations will be limited to items created by West Shore artisans or new items valued at $50 or more. Gift certificates or smaller cash donations are also welcome. Remember, you don’t have to do this alone – join with friends!  All your expenses toward these donations are tax deductible!

See the links below for the donation form, donation ideas and a letter to community businesses.
