If your group would like to sponsor a fundraiser or you would like people to donate certain items for some cause, please fill out this application form.

West Shore New Project/Initiative Proposal Form
If your group would like West Shore’s annual budget to pay for a new project or initiative, please fill out this form. The Finance Committee and Board will consider your request.
Request For Honorarium Funds Application Form
Our Honorarium Fund makes it possible for church groups to “thank” guest presenters, even though money for doing so might not have been included in the annual budget.
